Jenna began her dance training at the young age of four and has been dancing for over sixteen years now. She started her training at Corona Dance Academy and later was accepted and began dancing at the Orange County School of the Arts in their Classical and Contemporary Dance Conservatory under the direction of Steven Hyde. During her early dance training, she attended many classical and contemporary dance summer intensives. She has attended intensives with the Joffrey Ballet, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, San Francisco Ballet, Backhaus Dance, American Repertory Ballet and American Ballet Theatre. Receiving many college acceptances and scholarships, she now attends the University of California, Irvine, pursuing a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance Performance as well as a minor in Literary Journalism. She currently holds the William J Gillespie Scholarship in Ballet Studies at UC Irvine and continues to foster her passion for classical ballet. Jenna hopes to share her love for dance with others both onstage and in the classroom. As an instructor, she hopes to challenge and inspire all of her students to be the best artists and people they can be.
